Service Guarantee

Luminis Media is committed to providing professional creative services with reasonable care and attention.

We guarantee that the services purchased will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards and that the deliverables included in the selected package will be provided as agreed, subject to client cooperation, property readiness, access to the location, and timely communication.

If there is a technical error, missing agreed-upon deliverable, or service issue directly caused by Luminis Media, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. Such correction may include editing adjustments, file replacement, or another reasonable remedy at our discretion.

This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by inaccurate client instructions, lack of access to the property, poor property condition or staging, weather conditions, occupancy, lighting limitations outside our control, third-party platform issues, or delays caused by the client or external services.

Luminis Media does not guarantee any specific business, marketing, real estate, or financial outcome, including but not limited to increased sales, faster property transactions, more leads, higher engagement, improved search rankings, or media publication approval.

Except as expressly stated in this Service Guarantee, all services are provided as-is to the fullest extent permitted by law.
