Luminis Media is committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and safe working environment for clients, collaborators, vendors, and representatives.

We expect all communications and interactions to be respectful and professional. Harassment, abusive language, threats, discrimination, intimidation, or inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that they have lawful authority to grant access to the property, business, or location where services are to be performed. Clients are also responsible for providing a reasonably safe environment for the photographer, videographer, equipment, and any representatives of Luminis Media.

Luminis Media reserves the right to pause, reschedule, or terminate a session if the environment is unsafe, access is not properly provided, illegal activity is present, or inappropriate behavior occurs.

Clients are expected to prepare the property or business location prior to the session to the best of their ability. Excessive clutter, unsafe conditions, restricted access, or lack of readiness may impact the quality of the final deliverables and may result in delays or additional charges.

By working with Luminis Media, clients agree to interact in good faith and cooperate in a manner that supports an efficient, professional, and respectful service experience.
