Luminis Media provides custom creative services. Because time, scheduling, planning, and production resources are reserved in advance, all bookings are subject to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
A booking is considered confirmed once the client approves the service and any required deposit or payment is received. Deposits used to reserve a date or time slot may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Clients may request to reschedule a service appointment with reasonable notice. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. Luminis Media reserves the right to charge a rescheduling fee for short-notice changes, missed appointments, inaccessible properties, or sessions delayed due to client-related issues.
Cancellations made after work has begun, including planning, travel, shooting, editing, content preparation, or press release drafting, may not be eligible for a refund.
Once digital files, edited media, floor plans, virtual tours, or other deliverables have been delivered, no refunds will be issued.
If Luminis Media is unable to perform the service due to circumstances within our control, we may offer a reschedule, credit, or partial/full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
If weather, unsafe site conditions, access problems, or property unpreparedness prevent completion of a session, Luminis Media may reschedule the appointment and may apply additional fees where appropriate.
